Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main, Cedar City, Utah.  Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items:

A Planned Unit Development (Cedarbend Phase 5) in the vicinity of 125 East 3000 North;
A General Land Use amendment from Open Space to Commercial located at 3000 North and Minersville Highway;
A Zone Change from R-1 to CC located at 3000 North and Minersville Highway;

The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its March 17, 2021, City Council Work Meeting to consider annexing property located at 3900 West and Center Street.  The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.  The public is encouraged to attend.
