House Rules

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No Smoking: No smoking inside or near the house. A $500 fee will be charged for smoke removal.
• Pets: We love pets! There's a $75 per-pet fee. Please keep them on a leash and clean up after them.
• No Parties or Events: This is a space for relaxation, not rowdy gatherings. Keep it chill!
• No Unregistered Guests: Max capacity is 7 guests.
• Shoes Off: Please leave your shoes at the door to keep the place tidy.

Getting Started

• Self Check-In: Use the keypad to enter the home. Your unique code will be sent to you before arrival.
• Heating & Cooling: We have central heating and an evaporative cooler. The swamp cooler is effective for Cedar City's climate—use it during the day and turn it off at night.
• Trash & Recycling: Please take out the trash and recycling before you leave. The bins are located [provide location].
• Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

• Bedroom 1: King-size bed with closet storage and room-darkening shades.
• Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with extra pillows, blankets, and closet storage.
• Living Room: Single bed and queen-size sofa bed, perfect for extra guests.

• Bathroom: Stocked with essentials—towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.
• Laundry: Free washer and dryer in the unit. Detergent is provided.

• Fire Extinguisher & First Aid Kit: Located in the kitchen and easily accessible.
